i have recd sms on 27 may that i won $1000000.00 in intenational mobile lottery award organised by CHEVRON OIL COMPANY U.K. and they directed me to e-mail DR. JIM REGAL at chevron-uk2010@live.co.uk and i mailed them, the corspondence between me and them was going on for 3-4 days after that they informed me that they had opened an online account through RBI for me, and alot account no & pin no to but in next step they demand $1000 as COT Cost Of Transaction charges from me. They informed me that they have an representative in INDIA (DELHI) MR. GARRY MOORE (CONTACT NO : 09711530756) and i have to deposit money to him.

NOW WHAT IS THIS???

THEY ARE DOING FRAUD TO PEOPLE, THEY ARE MISS USING THE RESOURCES...

YOU HAVE TO DO TO STOP THIS FRAUD... TO STOP THIS CRIME...
