Delay in possession

Hi! I booked a house in CG Housing board in Also paid Rs 75, 000/- as a booking amount. Till now i have paid all the amount i.e Rs 6, 00, 000 /- . But they have not completed my house construction till now, and i have to visit the officers every other to remind them to force the construction progress there. Also, they will definitely charge me the interest amount because i have not paid the installments as per their given schedule. Why should i pay on time? I am living in rental house since 3 years and paying Rs 3, 000 /- per month also. I want them to pay me the compensation instead for the delay they have done.
