Non receipt of voter id card

Sub: Non receipt of Electoral Id card in spite of applying thrice - reg.

I am a doctor residing in Hyderabad, at my present address, since birth. My

family is residing at the present address since 1952. I am an IT assesse for the past ten years. The worst part is when I went to the MCH office to apply for a voter Id card in Nov they did not accept my application and instead directed me to my local post office (Malakpet), where I had to drop in the application, in the drop box provided. An election official was sitting there to guide the applicants but no acknowledgment was given any time. Hence we were forced to drop the application in the drop box provided.

I applied for a voter id card thrice, but till date I haven't received the card. With great desperation I am posting this complaint. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
