Non-receipt of Annual growth chart intimations

I purchased 640 units -(Face Value Rs6400) under certificate No. 4029442211436.on 02.05.1994, with date of maturity on 13.12.2004. I have not received any intimation regarding Annual Growth chart after 03/10, when the accumlated income units as on 1.7.2002 were shown as 1268.264, besides the preent units amounting to 640.000, although I have been occasionally writing about the same.

I once again request you to send me or intimate the accumlated units as on 31.3. or any other date closer to it.

Please treat the matter as most urgent.
