Received Damaged piece

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please note that I (Ganti. Phani Kumar) have placed an order for Children Electric bike on 8th Dec’2010 with an order number 6212310 in Rediff.com site.

The order was approved and sent through Blue Dart courier baring # 44378929464. It was reached to me on 27th Dec’2010 evening.

I found below damages to that received product which found properly sealed at the time of receiving.

1. Front end (left side) indicator light is found broken in battery box.

2. Major crack for length up to 10cm found below the seat.

3. Assembly user manual is not found in received cart.

Hence because of above mismatches I want to return the product. Kindly suggest the procedure.

I need product with correct condition with assembly user manual.
