Children gift growth plan
Non Cooperation since 2000

Respected Sir,

I had invested Rs.10000 through cheque no. 700509 dated 22.06.2000 in “Children Gift Growth Plan” scheme. I have not yet received any certificate for the investment made by me. My agent Mr Dilip Kumar Agarwal (Code No: E80422) had even received commission on the above investment.

I have been visiting your Jamshedpur office several times regarding this issue but there’s no response. I had even filed written complaints

which was received at your bistupur office on 14.02.2003 and 20.11.2003 but I have not received any cooperation from your officers at Jamshedpur branch. We had even sent the complaint to your Bombay office. My agent has also put all the efforts he could, to solve the issue but was unable to face the misbehave in your Jamshedpur office regarding this matter.

He want to go for a legal action but I want to solve the matter outside court as far as possible, but your non cooperation could force me to take strict legal actions against this. Please take the matter sincerely.
