Not giving any reciept

Sir, I had purchased one china set... and after using 1-2 weeks it's Circuit damaged. I give's it for repairing centre and one i had given it... do not give me a bill//...and had taken about 300 rupee.

Whenever i go to that sop he replys taht your mobile work is on progress but he cant's tell me Exact time..and I m roaming for that mobile for 2 months (appoX).

When ever i ask for bil... he said that the bill of service is not given to customer...

I had recored the talk bet his and me...

In talk he clearly told that the bill of Serrvice of mobile is not given...

What can i DO... SIR

Plz... help me out... soon...
