Defective Goods

I fully agree even i had placed an order of chinese I phone vide order no.55817 on 24th Mar thru Network 18, The parcel was recieved by me on 1st Apr which was intact with incomplete accesories the 1GB TF missing. The Touch screen is not at all functioning. I am afraid with your bad experience whether i ll get a replacement or not. We have paid for a new product which has to be fully operational how can you deliver us defective goods and then repair it under warrranty. This is pure cheating with customer. Kindly suggest.
