Hefty estimation and per day garage charges

My Maruti 800 car had met with an accident on may 11, and its a total loss case.

Chittosho workshop mohali had made an estimate of 1 lakh 91 thousand and my vehicle is lying there since

12 may.

As insurance process takes a lot of time, now i want to release my vehicle but Chittosho workshop is demanding

5% of estimation charges and 200 Rs per day garage charges which is approximately 20 thousand which is very high, where as other maruti authorised center in mohali like Mohali motors is charging 1000 Rs for estimation and 25 Rs per day garage charges
