I introduce myself, an employee of CHOKSI TUBE CO LTD, 60A, GIDC ESTATE, VATVA 382 445, AHMEDABAD, hereby would like to bring your notice the following facts:

This company was in operation in full swing till 2004 and partially till 2007. Its Office in 8th Floor, Samruddhi Building, PO Navdeep 38014, Ahmedabad in still functioning without interruption.

Last few more than one year the production activity is totally stopped, the reason best known to the management only. Even now the company has not been declared closed.

The management has paid EPF dues till February/ March only. However, PF Commissioner Ahmedabad has not taken any action against the management and all his activities are going smoothly.

Just for your information, there were about 600 employees including both plants of this organization (in VATVA GIDC as well as Motibhoyan – in Mehsana Dist. Gujarat itself) and till this time the management has not bothered to give the legal dues of the employees, including those expired and retired since 2002.

May Irequest you to kindly interfere in the matter and instruct your Ahmedabad Commissioner to take necessary action against the erring management and get the legal dues (PF) of all the employees of this Organisation.

A line of acknowledgement with your action plan would be highly appreciated.
