I got the 2nd hand car from the dealer (penta car, Coimbatore) were it was been fianced from cholamandalam DBS. They sold me the car whose owner was expired and after 110 days they asked me to return the car telling they cant to the name transfer and cant put the endrowsment seal.and promised me to return the Full Payment which i have lost but its almost 5 months but no response so i am going to publsh it in the Newspaper. If i don get a response by 10/12.
