EMI taken twice

I had taken a loan of Rs.2, 46, 0000.00 on sep 2007 and 7214/- as emi is presented on my hdfc bank every 5th of the month. First time on the 5th Nov my installment got bounced due to unavoidable circumstances. So collection agent called and came to my house on 18/11 and collected 7241/- with receipt no. (754762). I was out of station when after few days I checked my HDFC statement I saw that on 17/11 an amount of Rs 7214 has been taken from my hdfc a/c. I tried calling customer service on 1800 425 4565 but there was no record found. Also on 5th dec the EMI of Rs 7251/- taken from my bank. So that means you have no record of the rs 7214/- emi has been taken twice in november. If this some sort of technical error or mismanagement please solve it and refund it to my HDFC bank a/c. I have written several times in http://www.choladbs.com/contactus.asp but no reply.
