Levy of interest

During March I was offered the health insurance from ICICI lombard and I am told by the person who has canvassed the business that the premium could be paid from may in 24 emi interest free. But to my surprise I find from the statement sent to me that interest is charged for the emi. It is not fair on the part of the officer who has canvassed the business to bluff and mislead to get the business. However, to honor the payment on due date I have paid the cheque as per the statement. You are requested to reverse the interest charges with service tax and not to charge for the future emi's.
