Why my name si in CIBIL

I have applied for car loan from ICICI bank. After submitting all my documents they replied back saying that my loan has been rejected. The reason being I am a defaulter in the CIBIL. I have faced the same problem when almost a month back I applied for personal loan. Now my question is how do I get to know that why my name is there?

For this case I have spoken to ICICI & asked the reason, they replied as “ Boss you must be knowing it don’t try to be innocent. We can’t tell you any thing you know it better.” After my repeated request to them for the Control no. (as per my telecom with your helpline no.) they replied saying “ Boss we are not in a position to give you the same.

Now I would request you to suggest I being an customer how do I short out this problem or shall I forget about getting loan from any of the bank throughout my life. Else please suggest if there is a way I can short it out.

My heartiest request to you is kindly look into the problem & suggest an solution to it. Trust me I am going through a mental trauma as I have landed up in position where I have no clue about me being a defaulter in any of the banks.
