Unaccountable to even the GoI- if there one exists

CIBIL- What does this acronymn mean. They are a power to themselves. Next time any terrorist come knocking all Indians have to direct them to the CIBIL headquarters wherever they are located as they are a secret to themselves. They care a hoot to this Government of India- of course if there was one! The RBI and all other banks sit together and make there own laws- the great western laws as it was in the wild lands of the west. These ba****ds should taste the terrorists very soon or the home grown Naxals as they also sit and make their own laws unlike in a democracy. If there was a regulatory body- forget Reddy's RBI this is a home grown instituton of the Congress since the last 6-7 years they would have stepped in and solved everyones problem with these banks- however in the present circumstances it is only wishful thinking of one and all. GO TO HELL RBI AND YOUR CIBIL= REAL BA****DS UNWORHTY TO WRITE OR TALK ABOUT.
