No reponse in sending my credit report

I'am really frustrated with requesting for my own credit report to sort out things with the bank. As suggested I have applied for the loan in a bank for the control id. This is what they gave me. They rejected the loan due to the CIBIL Report. I requested them to check if it correct. They confirmed this is the control id and get in touch with you. I need to take this report to which bank is mentioned and sort it out. How do I go about with this? I cannot afford to apply for another loan for a control id. Al Iam asking for is the details so that I can go myself and get this sorted out. All said and done whatever happened to my credit history I ruined now I have to fix it up. Please coperate and help me so that CIBIL can send me only the details of my report. Please respond to me since I have not received any reply from CIBIL.I have written to them, called them several times, applied for a loan and gave them the control id. Nothing seems to work.

I need this so that I can speak to the respective banks and get my finances sorted out.
