Wrongly showing business loan guarranty

I had applied for a car loan of Rs.2, 25, 000 to SBI SPL housing finance branch Gurgaon. The bank has reported that my PAN card survey was showing a business loan guarranty against my name whereas, as far as my knowledge goes there should be no such guarranty against my name. The bank has reported that CIBIL India is showing this figure against my control no.399711502. Your intervention is immediately needed in regard.
