CIBIL Report
Wrong information on CIBIL Report of Rs. 5 lacs

In Cibil Report it shows Rs 5 lac of Business loan, while appling personal loan for me, i m salaried & not eligible for Rs 5 lacs loan, Somebody may drawn Rs 5 lacs of Business loan against my name as a co -applicant, or wrong informatin updated on my name, When i ask cibil to provide details of main applicant of loan they are asking for Control Number where u get information from applied personal loan-bank, bank r not ready to provide me control number, aft so many mails to bank & cibil i get frstad, what should i do??? i don't have information of that rs 5 lacs loan, i need personal loan now... but CIBIL is not ready to provide details of that loan which i don't know...

After Defaulting of that loan, Will co -applicant respnble to pay the loan, what will be RBI Role or help to me, before defaulting loan.???

will Police complnt help???
