My name is Venkateswara Rao GORTI working as Project Manager in Mobily Infotech. When I am in Accenture I taken this Credit Card No 4317 5755 0923 5660 and I got 400/- rupees as extra charge as Interest including the late payment fee. I called up the customer care they told me that they can not do anything. I sent out mail at that point of time. Remaining amount I paid and I scrapped the card with out paying this 400/- rupees. Then I went to US and come back and planning to purchase a New Car and I applied for SBI CAR loan then I got to know that I am defaulter of the SBI. which is not actually right. Please help me what is the exact status and how to over come on this. Because SBI is not provided the loan to me then I took it form HDFC.
