Aquaguard, a self proclaimed direct to customer water purifier selling and servicing company, is notoriously infamous for its callousness in handling customer complaints for repairs of its products. Once they sell, they wash their hands off their custmers. The after sales customers service for purifiers is most important as water is most essential commodity after air. If they can not handle this, they have no right to be in business. I have been trying for three days now for repairs of my Aquaguard by calling half a dozen numbers of its HQ in Prabhadevi, Borivli, Andheri and Malad but no one has turned for repairs even if I have an AMC with the company.
Future is ominous and bleak for this company if they persist with this attitude, as already several competitors have launched their products with better services.
