PF ACCOUNT TRANSFERED NOT CREDITED

Dear sir,
I was originally working with Motorola India and subsequently joined Cisco in Januray 2008. My PF Account NO with Motorola was KN/BN/13842/005189. A cheque for Rs 2, 08, 679.00 bearing No 233849 dated 18.03.2008 was sent to Provident Fund Commissioner for transfer and credit to my CISCO PF account NoKN/24611/004013.
But till date this transfer has not been effected. Kindly let me know the status.
