PF trasfer from previous company is due since an yea

ISSUE: PF trasfer from previous company is due since an year

I moved from MindTree Ltd to Cisco Systems on 21st July.

Have submitted necessary documents for the PF amount transfer, which is still due (Its more than an year for now)

When enquired, got to know that "all the processing/submission of necessary documents" are completed from both the companies.

Amout is huge, and looks like as per the recent policy, if the account is idle, I might not receive interest..., And this is none of my fault, and am loosing money.

Can someone look into this issue?
