Egarding EPF number

Dear Sir,

I have worked in citadel aurbindo biotech limited as AREA MANAGER in Delhi HEAD QUATOR from july to Feb. it is a chennai based company, they have wind up there all sales operation in india, i have not got my epf number from them since i have worked there, they have deducted the EPF from the salary, EPF NUMBER is not mentioned in salary slip and appointment letter, i have to withdraw my EPF amout, kindly provide me epf number or way to get epf number.
