This looks like things are just =eported by anybody and it is taken for granted by your organisation as it is recorded =ithout verifying.

see below cases

1. I hardly used American Express =ard and it too long a period to remember. Secondly when the bank =tself has write off same why this is recorded.

2. Just Last month i cleared the =ousing loan of Citibank and i have a letter from them that there is no =utstanding whatsoever in my name but your record shows otherwise.

It looks like the very platform like =ours meant to record defaulters is not uptodate resulting

in inconvenience to =itizens
