Citibank auto card
Extra charges not cleard yet

My credit card umber is.[5546 1976 0271 7021].the statement from bank was late in january.and when i called at custmer care, they said it will be deducted next month.. but it is not deducted when i call they dont give proper response they just keep forwarding the call ..and every next month my dues are getting more and more..

2nd i wanted to stop my polices which i dont want the same responce is here also..

plese give responce..as soon as possible.
