I had got a Citi bank credit card made in 2004 September'04 which was supposed to be free of charges then i started getting bills for charges & medical insurance. I started calling up on the phone banking services, but the request was not entertained. Then i had written a letter to their office in Chennai. After submission of the letter i have not received any bill for the same. But in past one year i have started getting the sms on my mobile for the outstanding balance. As on date the bill amount is Rs.312, 330.88. The important point to note is that i have never used the credit card for any purchase, then how there could be any outstanding amount. In 07 (mid) there was no communication from citi bank. Moreover now i have been only getting sms & no bill.
