Unnecessary loan

I am holder of Citi bank's Credit Card. The bank gave me a loan without my written approval of Rs. 2.6 Lac. for 26 months. I objected the loan but not vehmently hence it continued. I too strated paying the installemnts after some time. Now the bank has closed the loan AGAIN without my approval and charged me a hefty amount. For a lon of Rs. 2.6 Lac I have already paid Rs. 2.5 Lac in 20 months and the due upon me is still 1.6 Lac. I am stuck with the bank. PLEASE HELP ME.
