Unauthorised request on my account

I have a savings account with Citibank. Few days before I had taken a Vodafone Postpaid Sim & as per their policy i had to pay the bills through ECS.So did that with my citibank account. Later in Jan.2009 I gave a request for cancellation for the ECS only for Vodafone but citibank cancelled all the ECSs on my account. Due to this one of the EMIs for my personal loan got bounced. I have never defaulted for any payment till date. This is affecting my credit record & also I would be penalised for the ecs bounce from the other bank (bank from which personal loan was taken). Please help as there was an unauthorised change done on my account of deactivating the ECS for the personal loan.
