I was hpolding citibank credit card having no 5189 3690 6840 0002. I had done a purchase of Rs 2100 in the year 2006. I did not get statement from that date to till date. Today i.e 28th Feb I recieved the statement and I was shocked to see an whooping outstanding of Rs 22147.60 on my account against the purchase of Rs 2100. I had requested Citibank to reverse all the charges but they deined to do so. Please help me out in this problem.
