Regarding Ready Credit Account

Hi,

I am using Citi Ready Credit facitility. My limit was 71000/- ..I don't know they suddenly incressed my limit to 141000/- without of my knowldge. Now last month they debit 9000/- Rs from my account and telling that ur account has been locked and every month they are going to debit some amount from my account.on 22 Apri i was diposited 10000/ in my account they debited 7900 Rs from my account and telling that over utilization of amount using..I requested to them on mail pls resolve my problem, Some budy was called from delhi me but she was not discussed with me properly.

She told me do whatever you want to do.we will see... please resolve my problem ASAP.

Last four digit of my account is *****2115.It's my suvidha account.
