This has reference to Control number 39, 77, 13, 314. As per Citibank statement dated 23/04, there is no amount due in regard to the Citibank Credit card number 5546 1900 2003 9003. However, this information is not yet updated on CIBIL. This is creating huge difficulty for me in regard to any financial transaction. Please look into this matter with urgent attention and update the data accordingly.
