Credit Card - settled stil appearing as a CIBIL defaulte

I had settled my CITIBANK credit card no. 4550 3815 0932 6005 but still it is showing outstanding in cibil records. I have the nil statement received from CItibank still i am being shown as a defaulter. Kindly remove me from the CIBIL defaulter as i need to apply for a home loan at the earliest.
