Auto Debit of rs 9000 without any authorisation

Hi,

This is to inform you about the unauthorised auto debit of rs 9000 from my CITIBANK suvidha -salary account. The following is the description of the amount that is debited without any authorisation from me.

31/07 FUNDS TRANSFER IPU CHQ SUSPENSE~TRANSFD TO CARD 9000.00

Inspite of repeated complaint to the customer care/call centre toll free CITIBANK, none of them have responded to me.

I request you to take the necessary action and get the problem resolved at the earliest.
