Credit Card Recovery agents

I had a pending of 80000 Rs of Credit card, I had got repeated calls from Mr. Vipul of Eserve in Delhi. He had called me up with threatening words like involvement of my family, my companies. I explained to him that my card has been used when it was stolen. However, I paid the due amount last week & asked him to clear my name from CIBIL which he assured would be done in 2 days time, However, when i crossed checked with him after 2 days, he blankly claims that he did not make such statement, He refused to divulege information of his superiors. THis kind of harassment is given inspitte of clearing dues. I wish to seek redressal & bring this to the notice of RBI act, which clearly states undue falsified information by recovery agents, harrassment to customer & other referees is not tolerable.
