Hi,

I am dealing with Citibank credit cards and was paying for the card right on time, until i was affected by recession, but also tried to work out with the collection dept for citibank, ws given many promises but was of no use, and they have also taken so many checks and have asked me to mk a stop payment, as they will get the approval by that time and that's what i did, and also dealing with them since january and i have also tried to work out to rewite the outstanding and they never fulfilled their promises resulting in to increase my total outstanding on two cards that i hold with the bank, and now they are taking out unautorized payment from my suvidha bank a/c which is with the same bank citibank and also last month they blocked my salary amount, and the next day the withdrawn the funds, the total amount they took out from my bank within the last two months was Rs. 16000 approx., .
