Deduction of personal loan EMI despite closure of personal loan

Hi,

i am amit kumar, since almost 45 days i am struggling to get the refund of my money from citi bank.which citi bank had deducted from my personal sb a/c.my against loan a/c no. is L55-C03-2801504 which was already closed by citi bank.
