Eversal of charges

This is in reference to the mails marked earlier regarding the Personal Accident Premium and Credit Shield Plus Premium been debited in card no 4550389184492000 & 5546199409638020 and again I have been informing you not to levy these charges and to much of my surprise you have again debited these charges across both my cards.

It is my humble request to you to reverse these charges at the earliest and confirm and in the future refrain from charging these charges and in absence of the revert from your end will now take this up with the Consumer Court as have the mails marked to your id even after which there has been no corrective action from your end.

Kindly reverse the charges at the earliest and confirm.
