Unprofessional Service & Wrong Outstanding Amount

The issue is that i am not going to pay any amount because of your flaws in service. I was supposed to be received a statement to pay my bill. which wasn't sent to me until there was a request by me to send a duplicate bill. The request was sent after your collection agency people called me and asked me about the payment. After that i called your customer service that i have not received any statement by your side, they said we will send the statement ASAP and you can make the payment then. I also clarified that i am not going to pay anything extra in-terms of late payment charges or any interest because of your service flaws, the Customer Care Executive said it would be fine and i can make the payment once i receive the statement. He also told me that an Alert was sent to me on the 12th of November for my payment reminder. I also told him that I was not in Pakistan from the 5th of November to the 24th of November and due to our relations with Pakistan the International Roaming was not working there so i didn't get the alert. Another thing was that My Email Address was also not entered correctly in your records, again that is not my problem. So any unnecessary charges on my account should be waived off.
