Citibank Credit Card
Statements are sent with service charges inspite of cancelling the card

For the credit card details given below I want to raise a complaint and want a quick resolutions for the same:

Name: Benedict Cardoza

After request for cancellation of the credit card in I was sent a letter saying that there would not be any service charges and the card is FREE FOR LIFE. I have never used this card for any transactions or purchases.

And to add to this I am been sent bills with service charges and late payments for something I am not using or does not own.

I am tired following up with the customer service associate via phone where the IVR does not have proper options for this query and other executives are rude in handling the complaint. Also there is not resolution to the problem via email which i had sent to citibank.

The service charges are approximately Rs 125 per month with the late payment charges of Rs 600 being levied everymonth for the credit card which was never used. This is ridiculous and I want to take action against citibank for harassment.
