Lost Card Use

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm having Citi Bank credit card. In the month of November - 2009 I got statement due credit card amount on my mobile. I saw the amount but it was too higher than I consumed my card. I had called imme. to call center and ask for statement copy imme. and also blocked the card. I went to Police station and complain regarding my lost credit cards. But they taken N.C. complain. Also citibank call center officer told me to fill up form after that they will also inquire about the same. Mid between I had starting inquiry with the help of statement and I got video recordings and snaps of the person who use my card. Regarding this I had inform to Police staton and also at Citi Bank credit card department. But no one is able to take decesion. The amount is around Rs.25000/-. which is very hgh for me because I'm middle class salaried person.

Credit card company is not ready to take responsibility for misuse of my credit card. I had taken installments right now because otherwise they charge too much.

I request you to please help me in this matter.
