Citibank collections dept calls up from some number which is 66427800 and if i do not pick up my cell phone number they call up on my residence landline number early in the morning at 7.30, 7.45.I think they better check on what timings they are suppose to call up customers and over nad above that they call up and speak to my sister and ask her do you take care of her financial matters, she said yes so when will she make the rest of the payment she said i do not know on thats so then they say that why do you lie early in the morning. Don't give wrong answers. Who the hell is she to talk to my sister like this in first place.
I spoke to some allwyn. When i dialled the number he said ctigroup how can i help you. I said whom i talking to he said citigroup, am i so idiot that i dial citigroup number and do not know which number it is?
Ok now his english is on top of this world. Mr/Ms X pls take care of the kind of people getting recruited.when i asked him to transfer it to hte supervisor he says she is busy and i don't want to hold you for long so she will call back. What does this mean? I shud rather say we do not want to place the call on hold for long time so she wil call back. Train your peopleon how to talk to customers.
