Citi Bank Credit Card
Address changed without any request

I am the customer of citi bank credit card card no 4385 8798 8013 0004

They have changed my address with out my concern and I have received a letter that your address has been changed and new address if effective from tomorrow. However, when I make call to their call center no body is answering my questions only make my call on hold for 10 to 40 minuets and after that they said we are doing the investigation but no body going to answer me.

I am requesting you to kindly lodged my call for the same other wise I am not going to pay any amount to the respective bank.
