Citibank Credit Card
Not removed my name from cibil

Respected sir, this is with reference to my credit card no 5546198468890001 i was charged late fee and interest charges though i was not using the card for past 1 year, afrer lot of follow-up and call they asked me settle the amount in one shot and i did the same, they also issued me final and full settlement letter the REF No is 200901061631687 issued in Jan 09. But my name is still not removed from cibil list which is causing lot of problems for me. Can you kindly let me know what i should do to get this resolved at the earliest. The controll number for cibil is 388798652.
