Wrong Transactions - Threatening Calls

Dear Sir, I had a Citibank Card 4550 3893 2836 3000 five years back, which I got closed officialy and recieved the Card Closure Statement with 0 amount due dated 13/12. I also cut the card in 4 pieces and dropped in the their ATM drop box in Noida.

After 2 months of closure I recieved a statement of February which has shown that some transaction has been done on that card which was officially closed 2 months back and Citi Bank should have been blocked the same.

After a lot of discussions and follow ups I have highly cooperated with the recovery agencies filling out the dispute forms at least 5 number of times and providing them the Copy of the closure statement. But no body had taken any action to investigate the issue and close the case.

Even after five years Citibank is harassing me mentaly and socially, giving me threatening calls and unsocially pressurizing me to pay the amount which I have never spent. This is complete fault of citibank of not blocking a card which is closed and leaking out the card information for misuse. Since I have card closure statement I do not posses any liability to pay a single penny to Citibank.

Please help me to file a complaint against Citibank and get this issue resolved. If required I can provide you the copy of that statement via mail or fax.
