Citibank harrasment

I have already cleared all my credit card dues. But a week after i cleared my dues, i recieved the statement showing Rs900 pending. The last ayment i made was Rs25000.If i had any intention of being a defaulter i would have not paid that much of amount. Every time i recieve a ph call from citibank i have to tell them the same story.as of now the pending amount they are showing is 6000 rs. Pls help me, HOw can i sort this out without goiung to consumer forum..
