Subject: Request for Cancellation of fake bill

Dear Sir,

You have sent me a fake bill against my Citi Bank Credit Card (No. 5546 1976 3783 4007) of Rs. 2410.86.

About this bill I don’t make any purchase / anything else, you sent me the fake bill which is unsatisfactory me.

Please contact me ASAP and cancel the fake bill that you sent to me. If you not responding than I will go to consumer forum of India against you for generating fake bill against my credit card.

If you not cancel this fake bill than cancel my citi bank credit card also. I don’t want any interaction with the citi bank credit card department because of generating fake bill and providing bad experience / harassment to the customer.

Please contact me as soon as possible and clarify the matter with right justice.
