Charging inflated amount without details

Citibank credit card department is not sending details of my transaction with bank includind my last payment made to them & instead charging inflated amount due against me. Not only this bank blocked my card without any prior sms/information & caused me harassment, humiliation in paying my total bill of hospital (delivery) short of 5000/= when card was handed over to hospital to debit the bill but came to know that card is not active but blocked, very negligent careless dishonest & deficient service provider bank which needs to be sued
