Citibank Credit Card
Disputed transaction

Statement of Credit card (no. 5520939076257012) for the month of May recieved which contained fraud transactions worth total Rs. 24098.97.

-Immediately informed the Bank.

-Bank promised to look into this matter.

-However, the bank has recently sent a letter stating the transactions as valid & asked me to pay the Amount.

These transactions for sure has not been done by me. As such I will not pay this Amount which is false.

Pls help me how to go about.
