Citi Bank Credit Card
Fake Credit Card

Just now i got a call from Citi Bank that i am using Citi Bank Credit Card (No. 4550389557149005) from 2004 without paying the balance amount. I got surprised that i don't have any kind of Citi Bank credit Card. But the card is issued in my name with full details. Now the bank have suddenly asked that my name is in default list in CIBIL site & i have to pay the balance amount of Rs.31000/- for which i am not aware for long 5 years. I asked the bank to show any transaction i made on the card. They told that no transaction has been made on the card. Even they refused to show any document which carries my signature.

My question is how my name comes under default list in CIBIL site without any proper verification. It means that there is no authentication of the CIBIL site. Any bank can make anyone defaulter in CIBIL site. Please suggest how i can get out my name from defaulter list.
