Post settlement qurey for CIBIL removal

i had CITI bank credit card no: 5546197240157002

mobile no: 9619555644

i made settlement on 08/07

all payment as per settlement letter is fully made

(last ch. cleared on 22.08.09)

i have not received NO DUE CERTIFICATE or NO DUE LETTER till date

ALSO after settlement they have have not removed my name from CIBIL

i called up so many times at customer care centre

but all in vain

pls help me

i m in trouble
